Well, gang- the Sherlock art show reception at Theatre Memphis last week has come and gone.
We had a great turnout. Lots of friends and family in attendance- and it wasn’t a funeral!
Nicki, her mom, and sister Regina got all of the refreshments together.
Tim Brown as “Isaac your bartender” did a great job with the liquid refreshments.
Ronnie and Jane Shenks brought an awesome Candy Bouquet centerpiece.
A lot of the other MSCA members attended.
As well as some of our MSC friends.
Plus my niece Chris and sister Lisa….
…and future nephew in law Logan and sister-in-law Teresa.
The paintings looked great up on the walls and all being black and white tied in together nicely.
There were 7 paintings upstairs and 2 downstairs.
And my mug on the sign-in table.
It was great to have Jim “Prof. Moriarty” Palmer from the play join us.
He and his wife Jo Lynn have been in multiple plays at Theatre Memphis.
Thanks to everyone who came out and helped promote this show.
It was sweet- and can be seen through Halloween!
Up next, I’ll have some of my “monsterpieces” on display with the DeSoto Arts Council at Southern Thunder in Southaven, MS this Saturday.
This is an outdoor event – no rain date is scheduled at this time.
Bring blankets or lawn chairs for your seating comfort.
Beverages and food may be purchased at The Fillin’ Station adjacent to the movie screening.
DeSoto Arts will be selling $5 “Prop Bags” for RHPS enthusiasts.
Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson
I-55 and Church Rd next to the DeSoto Civic Center
Hope to scare you there!
